RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Thank you for shopping at Sicilylover.com.
We hope you’re thrilled with your purchase!
However if you are not entirely satisfied and need to return an item, we’re here to help.
We’ll refund you the full cost of the item minus shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
RETURNS
If you wish to return an item, please send an email to info@sicilylover.com within 30 days from the date you received it. Please write the order number and the reason for your refund request in the subject line.
You will receive a confirmation email with shipping instructions once the request has been approved.
Due to logistics and costs the customer is responsible for all shipping costs and methods when returning items for any international orders.
Sicilylover.com is not responsible for any undeliverable packages returned to us.
We highly recommend you use a trackable shipping service or add shipping insurance.
Upon receipt of your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received it.
We will only refund items that are returned in new condition, unwashed, unworn, unaltered, and free of damages by the customer caused by incorrect or improper use of the product.
Items must be returned with all tags still attached and must be in their original packaging such as boxes and bags.
We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund.
If your return is approved, we will process a refund to your original method of payment.
You will receive a credit within a certain amount of business days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
MISSING OR LOST PACKAGES
All our packages have tracking numbers. If you think your package is lost or delayed, please refer to the courier company’s online tracking service to verify its current status.
Note that a package may sometimes be delayed in reaching its destination due to any number of reasons beyond our control.
If you have not received your order after 15 business days and the courier company is unable to locate your missing package, please contact us at info@sicilylover.com.
If your package is lost, we will ship you a replacement order free of charge (including shipping costs) or give you a full refund including shipping costs.
DAMAGED ITEMS
We are not liable for any products damaged during shipping however we will gladly replace it free of charge (including shipping) or provide you with a full refund including your shipping costs.
Please make sure your package is received in good condition.
If you received your order damaged, please accept your package (this is the only way to start a claim) and contact us at info@sicilylover.com within 2 calendar days from the date you received it.
Please provide your order number and attach some clear pictures of the outer compromised packaging, all shipping labels visible, and the damaged item(s) received. This may help to determine the package was improperly handled and damaged in transit.
Once approved, you will receive a confirmation email with instructions on how to proceed with a refund.
Pay attention: please save the outer compromised packaging. An courier inspector will check it in the next future.
WRONG ITEMS
If we have shipped the wrong item, we will either refund you in full or re-ship the correct item.
We will confirm whether or not you need to return the wrong product (shipping cost will be charged to us).
If you receive a wrong item, please contact us at info@sicilylover.com within 2 calendar days from the date you received it. Please provide your order number and attach some clear pictures of the wrong item received.
